Support Options

• Spend Limits: Set or adjust your weekly spending cap. For details, visit our Help Centre.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request to exclude yourself from using the service. Minimum period is 3 months. All eligible unplayed tickets will be cancelled, and funds refunded. To re-activate your account after exclusion, contact our Gambling Liaison Officer. Approval is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of Lotterywest.
